To add a new ESU to a street, click the Plus button at the top of the ESUs (Type 13) page. The following prompt appears:

Use the Select by Point or Select by Rectangle selection tool to select an ESU in the embedded map.

The Selection Results dialog opens, displaying a list of ESUs that were selected.

Check the box next to the desired ESU and click the Select button. The Add ESUs to Street dialog opens.

Enter or select the Effective Date using the calendar button, then click Save to create the ESU.
